We don't just rake. We cut back perennials at the right time, clear beds, edge, blow off hard surfaces, and haul everything away.

How we deliver this service
Crew deployment
We bring the right number of people and equipment for the job. Most cleanups are one visit, sometimes two for heavy properties.
Reset and haul-out
We work top to bottom: cutbacks, then bed clean-out, then leaf removal, then edge, then blow off, then haul. Everything leaves the property when we do.

When should I schedule a fall cleanup?
After the bulk of leaves have dropped, typically late October through early December depending on weather. Booking earlier locks in your spot before the rush.
What's the difference between a spring and fall cleanup?
Fall cleanups focus on leaves, debris, and end-of-season cutbacks. Spring cleanups handle whatever winter left behind (fallen branches, matted grass, bed clean-out) and prep the property for the growing season.
Do I need a cleanup if I'm on a maintenance plan?
Most maintenance plans include light bed touch-ups but not a full seasonal cleanup. We'll bundle a cleanup into your plan or quote it separately.
Will you haul away the debris?
Yes. Every cleanup includes haul-away. Nothing gets piled at the curb or behind the shed.
Can you cleanup an overgrown property?
Yes. We do plenty of one-time resets on properties that have been let go. We'll quote based on the actual scope, not surprise invoices later.
