Walk-through and quote
We assess the load (leaf depth, debris, bed condition, scope of cutbacks) and quote a flat price.

Service
Seasonal and one-time cleanups for leaves, debris, and overgrowth. Your property reset and tidy.
Cleanups reset a property. ClearPath handles spring cleanups (waking the yard up after winter), fall cleanups (leaves, debris, end-of-season cutbacks), and one-time cleanups for properties that have been neglected or just sold.
We don't just rake. We cut back perennials at the right time, clear beds, edge, blow off hard surfaces, and haul everything away.
Our process
We assess the load (leaf depth, debris, bed condition, scope of cutbacks) and quote a flat price.
We bring the right number of people and equipment for the job. Most cleanups are one visit, sometimes two for heavy properties.
We work top to bottom: cutbacks, then bed clean-out, then leaf removal, then edge, then blow off, then haul. Everything leaves the property when we do.
The questions clients actually ask before they book. Don't see yours? Send it our way. We answer every email.
After the bulk of leaves have dropped, typically late October through early December depending on weather. Booking earlier locks in your spot before the rush.
Fall cleanups focus on leaves, debris, and end-of-season cutbacks. Spring cleanups handle whatever winter left behind (fallen branches, matted grass, bed clean-out) and prep the property for the growing season.
Most maintenance plans include light bed touch-ups but not a full seasonal cleanup. We'll bundle a cleanup into your plan or quote it separately.
Yes. Every cleanup includes haul-away. Nothing gets piled at the curb or behind the shed.
Yes. We do plenty of one-time resets on properties that have been let go. We'll quote based on the actual scope, not surprise invoices later.
