1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. Similar technologies, such as browser local storage, work the same way. This policy explains which ones ClearPath Landscaping uses and why.

2. Cookies we use

Strictly necessary. We store your cookie choices so that we do not ask again on every page. This is set when you first respond to the cookie banner, and it cannot be switched off.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages people visit and how they found us. Google's tag loads on every page, but it starts in a denied state using Google Consent Mode. Until you accept analytics in the cookie banner it sets no cookies and records nothing that identifies you. If you decline, or later withdraw consent, it stays denied.

Cookieless analytics. We also use Vercel Analytics, which counts page views without setting cookies and without collecting personal information. Because it sets no cookies, it does not require your consent.

We do not use advertising, retargeting, or social media tracking pixels on this site.

3. Third party embeds

Our contact page displays a quote request form hosted by Service Autopilot, our scheduling provider. The form loads when you open the page, and Service Autopilot may set its own cookies, governed by their privacy policy rather than ours. You can always reach us by phone or email instead.

4. Managing your preferences

You can change your choices at any time using the Cookie Preferences link in the footer of any page. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of this site working correctly.

5. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the tools we use change. The date shown above is when it last changed.
