What's the difference between routine maintenance and just lawn mowing?
Lawn mowing covers the cut. Routine maintenance is a broader plan that includes mowing plus edging, trimming, light bed care, hedge touch-ups, and seasonal extras, all bundled into one predictable schedule and price.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No long-term contracts. Plans are season-by-season. If we're not earning the work, you shouldn't be locked in.
Can I add extra services during the season?
Yes. Mulch refresh, planting, cleanups, sod, and other one-off work can be added at any time. Plan clients get priority scheduling.
What happens if I'm out of town?
Service runs as scheduled. You get the same lawn coming home that you'd have if you were here.
How is pricing structured?
Pricing is per-visit and depends on property size, turf type, and the scope you choose. We give a flat per-visit rate up front so there are no surprises.
