Service

Lawn Mowing, Edging & Blowing

Clean cuts, sharp edges, and every clipping cleared. The basics, done right every visit.

About this service

Lawn mowing is the foundation of a sharp-looking property. ClearPath provides professional lawn mowing, edging along walks and beds, and full blow-off of every hard surface, every single visit.

We mow at the right height for your grass type and the season, alternate cutting patterns to prevent ruts, and keep blades sharp so your lawn ends up cleanly cut, not torn.

Every lawn mowing, edging & blowing job covers:

  • Mow all turf areas at the correct height for grass type and season
  • Edge along sidewalks, driveways, curbs, and bed lines
  • String-trim around fences, trees, posts, and other obstacles
  • Blow clippings off all hard surfaces: driveway, walks, patio
  • Vary cutting patterns to avoid wheel ruts and uneven growth
  • Bag clippings on request when leaf load or growth is heavy

Who this is right for

  • Homeowners who want a consistently sharp lawn without the weekly time sink
  • Properties already on a regular schedule that need a more reliable provider
  • Rental and investment properties where curb appeal matters

Our process

How we deliver this service

STEP 01

Initial walkthrough

We assess turf type, slope, obstacles, and trouble spots so the first visit is set up for success, not learned the hard way.

STEP 02

Set the schedule

Most clients run weekly in peak season and biweekly in shoulder months. We confirm your day and stick to it.

STEP 03

Mow, edge, and clean up

Each visit is mow, edge, string-trim, then blow off all hard surfaces. We don't leave clippings behind.

Lawn questions, answered.

The questions clients actually ask before they book. Don't see yours? Send it our way. We answer every email.

How often should my lawn be mowed?

Most lawns in our area need weekly mowing during peak growing season (late spring through summer) and biweekly in cooler months. The right cadence depends on your grass type, fertilization, and rainfall. We'll recommend a schedule when we quote.

Do you bag the clippings or mulch them?

We mulch clippings back into the lawn by default. It returns nutrients and is healthier for the turf. We bag and remove on request, or automatically during heavy leaf periods.

What height do you mow at?

We cut at the correct height for your grass type and the time of year, typically 3 to 4 inches for cool-season grasses during summer to protect roots from heat stress, and slightly lower in spring and fall.

Do you mow in the rain?

We avoid mowing wet lawns. Wet grass cuts poorly, clumps, and can damage turf. If a service day is rained out, we reschedule to the next available day and keep your rotation moving.

How do you handle pet waste?

We ask that yards be picked up before service. We won't mow over visible waste. It's bad for the lawn, our equipment, and the next client we visit.
